THE GOLDEN ESSENCE IS YOU CHAPTER ONE CHRISTMAS DAY, DECEMBER 25, 2009 THE FREQUENCY OF LOVE ARCHANGEL MEDITATION: THE JOURNEY TO THE SEA OF LIGHT AND LOVE The Frequency of Love is as high as the highest sky and as deep as the deepest sea. We give you these words in Earth terminology, for in truth The Frequency of Love is All There Is. It is in everything, it is everywhere, in all places, all planets, all suns, all asteroids, all universes. It is All There Is, and The Frequency of Love is in actuality The Frequency of The Creator Light, of The Source. But to use these terms for many does not supply them with the more finite ideas of “What Is”, and so to say that The Frequency of Love is as high as the highest sky and as deep as the deepest sea is more understandable for many, more simple, more easy to remember, to be able to repeat to one’s self in quiet moments, in moments of turmoil, in moments of difficulty, in moments of peace, in moments of love. To remember “the highest sky and the deepest sea” is quite easy, but the more amorphous terminology of “Love Is All There Is” may be a bit difficult for some to grasp; even though the words seem simple, they are not. The tiniest particle of life is composed of Love. The largest stone that you can imagine is composed of Love. The hottest fire is pure Love. And the coldest ice is, of course, Love. The water, the air, the fire, the rock, the plants, the grass, the trees, the birds, the breeze from the sea, the heat from the sun, the cold of arctic night, all is Love. (MEDITATION JOURNEY, omitted) We ask you now to look around you, look at the room, see everything that you are so familiar with, or perhaps not familiar with, and know that everything you see, everything you see, is Love in physical form. You are surrounded at all times by Love, by the creations of Love, by the manifestations of Love in the third dimension. Understand and know and realize that everything that you are able to look upon without judgment is beneficial for you because it is Love. EVERYTHING IS LOVE. And so we take our leave of you now. Until the next time… We are the Archangels and more, and these are our truths this day. X X X CHAPTER SIX INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASCENSION; SIMULTANEOUS TIME; ENERGY INFUSION We would like to discuss today the difference between waking and sleeping. Of course, we understand that you are aware that when the body is awake, your brain-waves are of a different wavelength than when you are asleep. But we wish to speak about the becoming “awake” in the sense of becoming aware of the differences between a human who is “asleep” while awake, that is, the human is not aware, because of the Veil, of the reality of his or her true existence as an Eternal Being of Light and Love. These humans seem to us to be asleep, for in truth, they are not awake. They are the humans who are not awake, but who are sleeping, in the sense that they are as yet unaware of their Eternal Beingness, and for those who are by chance holding this book, feeling these energies, or hearing these words, it is time now for you to wake up. We say to you: OPEN YOUR ETERNAL EYES AND SEE THE MAGNIFICENCE OF YOUR TRUE SELF. And to those of you who are already awake: OPEN YOUR EYES EVEN WIDER, AND SEE THE GREATNESS, THE MAJESTY, THE BEAUTY AND THE MAGNIFICENCE OF YOUR TRUE SELVES. Know that you are capable beyond your wildest dreams, that you are honored by all of us on this side of what remains of the Veil. The Veil is thinning now, and soon you will all become aware of the truth behind your bones, your blood, your flesh, beyond your bodies, but also within your bodies: YOU EXIST AS ENERGETIC BEINGS OF LIGHT AND LOVE. You need only remember the freedom that you feel when you are out of your bodies at night, during the sleep state of the body, which regenerates itself at night. When you leave your body behind at night, and you all do, you journey away from that which holds you back from returning to this side of the Veil permanently and leaving your body behind. The Veil was put in place, and we speak of the Veil as that invisible barrier that causes the mind to forget what it was like before you inhabited the body and what it will be like when you leave the body behind and return to this side of the Veil. We know that many of you still have fears surrounding the dying process of the body, but we say to you now that if you can, rearrange your thinking to see the dying process as a birthing process, and know that when you exit the body you are being reborn into your Soul Self and are just leaving that body behind for those molecules to return to the Earth. Your true essence is eternal. Your true self lives forever, for you are born from The Creator Light and you are and will always remain a part of The Creator, a brilliant spark of Light, eternal energy from The Source of All There Is. You are living the experience of The Creator in human form. You have been asked to do this, and your response is always “Yes!” You have many, many experiences already behind you, and most of you will have many experiences before you, that is, in your what you call on Earth “Future”. In truth, time does not exist. Simultaneity is the time of the universe. Everything happens at once, but when you are in human form, and on the other side of the Veil, which will in future become unnecessary, you agree not to be consciously aware of all the other existences that you and your Soul are experiencing in simultaneous time. It is an agreement that has been necessary up until now, speaking in Earth terms, because you all know that if you could remember and feel again what it feels like to be out of the body, and go back into your true form of energetic light, you would all desire to return to what you call “Home”, but what we experience as “Complete Love”. The desire to be Love again is so great that none of you would wish to remain upon planet Earth, most especially within the constraints of the three dimensions that you have been experiencing, and the fourth, of which most are becoming aware. We assure you that the time, in Earth terms, of being able to feel something similar to the unending Love that we feel is coming to Earth soon, and those of you who have prepared yourselves for what is called the “Ascension into Light and Love” will be able to experience that in an altered form, a form which may seem human but which will have lost those parts of being human which have prevented you in the past from experiencing the true unconditional love which awaits you. It is very important that you cut the cords that hold you, or tie you, to others in human form, for there will be some who will not be able to ascend, and they would hold you back with them. It is also important to meditate daily upon The Light and The Love. It is important to expect the changes that are coming. It is important to welcome the changes. It is important to anticipate the changes with joy to look forward to the Ascension with joy, with radiance, with love, for those are only a few of the attributes that await you. If you have not experienced these states of being, we assure you that you will experience them after the Ascension Process is complete. We wish also to say that we are always available to those of you who call upon us for our aid, who call upon us for help, who call upon us for advice, who call upon us for energy, who call upon us for love. Remember that you must ask for anything that you wish us to help you with.
