Take at least 10 minutes to ponder the thought of the day and do the exercise described later in the book. Recognize how you are feeling and feel as good as you possibly can. (Some days may require more than one page to get going.) Then every few hours remember the thought for the day and check in on your feelings. Perhaps take a picture of it.
Allow the good feelings to fill up inside you as if you were filling your gas tank. Sit and allow the positive emotions to overflow with, love, gratitude, appreciation, or any positive emotion that feels right.
If you like, you can go through each page one by one if that is what you are called to do but remember it is the feeling you want to generate. When you live in a happy state, feeling as good as you can in the moment, you will attract the very best life. Every outcome in your life will get better over time if you can stay in a positive state.
The average human has about 60,000 to 80,000 thoughts per day and for the average human about 80% of those thoughts are negative! So, we have to consciously put some positive thoughts in if we want to get positive results. You can train your brain to think the thoughts that serve the life you desire.
