I am Still Here, Mom

Prologue “What are you still doing up?” he asked. It was three in the morning, and I had been tossing and turning all night. We had hit the holiday season which was always extra hard, and I had several things that have been causing me stress as of late. I decided to stop tossing and turning and came down to my office to talk to my son, David. “I am just really stressed tonight and can’t sleep.” I answered and then asked, “I know we have been through this before, but could you take me through that night again?”. “What you are saying matches what the mediums have said, but it is not what the police reports say and what most “assume” happened.” I have spoken with three mediums over the last two years…well, he had directed me to them which I will explain later... and they all had said what happened is not what we think. What David has told me matches what they said. Two of these mediums help the police and the FBI with cold cases and do not even live near me. One is across the country. David then continues to go through the details of that night which coincide with exactly what I have been told. I realize there are many of you that are already questioning my choice of using mediums. You are also likely to start reading and think I have possibly lost my mind in grief. I am going to ask you to push those thoughts down for a bit, continue to read, and then make whatever conclusions you need to make for yourself. My hope is that you will see that I too had never been to a medium or entertained using one before we lost our nineteen-year-old son in a tragic accident. It led me on a journey to read as much as I could to learn about where he had gone, what the afterlife is, and how I could survive this. The most unthinkable journey ensued. Completely orchestrated from above and nothing I could have imagined happening. I have asked “Why me?” and have been told that this is part of my life mission, and we are going to help many people who are grieving. Especially those who have lost a child. I can attest after having lost my beloved Dad almost two years after David’s passing, there is nothing that compares to the deep pain of losing a child.
