We Need a Voice

The next death came when my husband of 24 years died in 2013. Ed had been ill for several years, so his passing was not unexpected. During his incarnation my husband was never one to believe in anything he couldn’t verify with his senses. In his mind there was no way that a living person could connect to the dead. He used to hate when I said, “We are spiritual beings experiencing life in a body.” This produced a head shake and an eye roll on Ed’s part. Our marriage had its highs and lows, but the love between us transcends human form. Since Ed’s death he has made his presence known to me in many ways. His death more than any other brought me closer to God. Follow the dots. After Ed had been dead for about a year a friend mentioned that she knew a good medium, and that I might be interested in going to see her. Perhaps Ed would come through? I was skeptical but open to possibilities. The first visit with this psychic medium blew me away! The amount of information that Ed shared was amazing, and most of it came with strong verifiable evidence. He told me through the medium: - I recently reupholstered a piece of furniture. Which I had, a sofa I bought after his death. - We should have grown old together but that wasn’t possible - He was strongly with me and would be with me when I die. I will understand my death and be Okay with it. - Ed conveyed to the medium that I had a brown colored sofa, (which I do), and that he often sits with me while I’m watching TV or reading. - He showed the medium a cemetery. I find this most intriguing, because Ed was cremated, and I had his ashes in a box. We never discussed anything about placing them in a cemetery. The next year when I went to see the medium again, Ed came through with the same message. I had no idea what it meant. Shortly after seeing the medium for the second time, our good friend, Jim died. His wife suggested that we bury a small amount of each of Ed and Jim’s ashes in our local cemetery. It didn’t feel right to me to place their ashes within the cemetery proper, next to graves that families had thoughtfully planned and paid for. We decided instead to bury Ed and Jim’s ashes under a big, beautiful maple tree at the edge of the cemetery. I now refer to this spot as the Ed and Jim tree. Ed had found his way into or at least on the edge of a cemetery. He knew long before I did that it would transpire this way! Another time a very close friend of mine went to see a nationally known medium hoping to get a reading and connect with her mother. Ed’s persistence caused her mother to step aside so that he could bring forth a message for me. “Tell Maryanne to watch out for water in the basement.” Ed also validated his presence by telling my friend that when she spent the night at my house the noise the heater makes disturbs her, which she said is entirely true. Ed’s prediction regarding the basement water problem came to fruition about two years later. Poor drainage around my house, plus the lack of gutters caused water to seep in around the foundation. This continued to get worse until it was remedied in 2019. I would later have a conversation with Ed about his knowledge of the basement water problem. May 7, 2023. Me- How were you able to know about the water in the basement, it didn’t happen for two years after you predicted it would? Ed- There is no future for us. There is now. All is known at once. I know that sounds confusing to you because you see things sequentially. I am one of your guides and I have been given insight into your life beyond what others know about you. It was pretty cool how I was able to come through and let Margaret know about the water coming. You and your housemate did a good job of fixing the problem. See you don’t need me, little flower. Me- What do you think of Steve? (my housemate at the time) Ed- He is a good guy and trust me I was working on this side to help orchestrate that happening, (him moving in). I didn’t want you to be alone during Covid, that would have been hard on you. It was a win-win situation for both of you. That’s what happens here, we see the big picture and try to help make the best possible outcome. Me- So you are one of my guides. Ed- Yes, I am one of your guides. I was told when I arrived here that it was part of my life’s journey to meet you and then help guide you after I crossed the veil. The interconnectedness here is insane. All the beautiful orchestrations, you have no idea until you arrive. Me- I’ve heard there is a life review when you die, is that true? Ed- Yes there is a life review for everyone. Mine was rough in some respects but beautiful in others. I really don’t think I should go into details about that, but you know that everyone looks at how and what they did during their life. It’s all shown to you. Me- I’ve heard there is a lot of light. Ed- The light is much more intense, but not in a bad way. Light is big here. Those with the brightest light are the most ascended. If you come in contact with a vivid bright light, you know it’s an angelic being or a master like Jesus. Me- Do you interact with the Masters? Ed- There are realms, many are in the first realm or as you might say the 5th dimension. Others have risen to higher dimensions like Jesus and others. We are aware of them but really don’t have day to day contact if you get my meaning. Me- What about colors, are they more vivid? Ed- Yes there are more colors than you realize on earth. I’m not color blind anymore. So, the colors when I arrived were so spectacular. I don’t know the names of all of them. Me- Are the dogs with you? Ed- Dogs, cats, domesticated animals like that hang around with their departed owners. If they don’t have departed owners, then they hang out with other dogs and cats that are in a similar situation. Kind of waiting for an owner to be with. Ed- Well I’ve shared a lot with you. Not at liberty to tell everything. But I watch over you and that isn’t going to change. I love you and will speak with you again.
