Your outcome also has to do with your belief system - not the obvious conscious beliefs, but the unconscious ones - there is always something underneath. From childhood on up, we’ve been taught things, seen things, heard things, spoken to in certain ways. So what we carry with us is ours or someone or something elses that stayed with us for so long it became burned into our unconscious. And to make matters worse, we added to the “stories”, this must be true if . . . (fill in the blanks), to cement them into the depths of our psyche, believing it all. Good News . . . We don’t care what the “stories” are - in fact - we don’t get into any of the stories. No more “feeding” them. We just focus on the energy underneath the stories. Remember since everything is energy, that means, your thoughts and behavior patterns are too. People often refer to the energy being blocked, but that’s not exactly true. Energy keeps flowing and can get disconnected in areas, but then it will reroute itself. It’s our beliefs that create the blocks. The blocks, that to us not seeing outcomes, that we consciously and totally believe in. How can that be? It’s the driver, the unconscious, taking us places we don’t want to go, or stopping short when we can see the finish line, but can never quite reach it. What is going on? Well willpower cannot override your unconscious belief system. Nor can motivation for very long. Yes, they will take you further, but then into frustration because you may see that there’s the end of the tunnel, yet run out of steam. Sound familiar? Who hasn’t gone through this more than once too! I certainly have. So let’s find out “what/who” is driving the bus shall we?.
