About the Author
Mirek Mazur, a native of Poland, immigrated to Canada at age twenty-one. A Canadian cycling coach, he has enjoyed a thirty-five-year career, coaching professionally in Canada, the United States of America, and Poland. Under his direction, Canadian riders won three medals at the Olympic Games in Atlanta in 1996.
