Discovery into the Heart is a journal the explores the many dimensions of our emotional experiences. It provides a page to acknowledge and write about what is in your heart. The journal provides 10 areas of emotions, such as anger, confidence, disgust, fear, happiness, helped, hurt, panic, sadness and surprise. View each list under these main categories and name what you are feeling. Once you name it you've acknowledged it, and the journal provides space for you to write about it. The importance of naming our feelings, then acknowledging them, allows us to transition into accepting them. Once we can accept them, we begin to accept who we are. It is in honoring our feelings, we begin to honor ourselves with love and compassion. Truly a gift of self acceptance is the beginning of building our self esteem.
