I believe one hundred percent that we create our own experience. You are accountable for you. A conscious creator knows that they make their own luck through intention and letting the universe do the rest until the perfect time comes to act. That taking accountability for, then finding peace in your own pain is one of the first steps to healing it. I don't say this to "victim shame" and if you knew what I have been through, you would know that I warrant so much compassion for your unhealed pain as I have been through my own. If we are to claim our pain without blaming someone or something else, we can begin to see why it serves us and it takes the power away from it and them and puts it back in your metaphorical kitchen where you can mold it into the masterpiece that you ultimately want to be and in truth, already are. To claim your pain is to stop resisting it and when you stop resisting it, that allows it to stop knocking at your door. My intentions are to trigger healing within you, guided from the soul as we bring in light to assist ascension here on planet Earth. May the light guide the way as we all shift out of old ways of fear that no longer serve the highest good of everyone and everything, and into unconditional love while consciously creating the lives of our dreams as we prove together that living on purpose works. We are all full of potential, but in the past not everyone has used it. It is my hope that everyone who goes through this resource and as you live more and more of your potential. It will assist you through your transitions and help them to be easier because in my history, transitions were often painful for me and I hope better for you. You are worthy and deserving of the unconditional love that you give to others and so much more! Allow yourself to breathe into that for a moment.

About the Book
This book was written for the healer looking for healing. It is infused with tools, exercises and new ways to look at things to assist in growth and transformation. I hope it can serve you as it was intended and every time you pick it up you will find something you were looking for in the pages. I’ve used the terms Light, universe, God, and higher self to describe a higher power and hope to honor the truth in the different beliefs mentioned in these pages.
About the Author
Estrella Magdalena is a pen name for the Author who wished to remain anonymous. She was born in Short Creek to the first wife of a polygamous marriage. Her family, when healed are healers and energy workers. She has had near death experiences multiple times in her early childhood and chose to stay here in the physical as her job of anchoring light to assist planet Earth during this time of change and the great awakening was not yet complete. She did a few different courses to become a transformation coach, and has worked in the mental health field off and on as much as she could handle before breaking permanantly to refill and follow her path as a lightworker. She also works with angels and nonphysical beings of light and is a truth seeker looking for the essence of light and life in all cultures and religions that she has come across and has found that there is common truth in every culture she has looked into.
