The challenge is to be centered constantly, to take the temple with you wherever you go--whatever you do. This centering anchors Source energies and sanctifies the very ground on which you walk. The following exercises give you a way to come into contact with your Higher Power, protecting and expanding your own frequencies of Sound and Light. With daily practice, you will soon develop a feeling of abundance, safety, and knowingness and a greater feeling connection to Source. Tower of Power Meditation 1. Close your eyes and put your attention on the space in the center of your chest about an inch below where your neck bones come together. This is a place where a tiny Rainbow Flame of Source is located. Imagine this Rainbow Flame and place a little you in that Flame. 2. Now relax within the Light—you can sit down on a chair if you wish, or you can remain standing, soaking up the Light into the very cellular structure of your body 3. Expand the Flame. Make it as broad and as deep as you can. Connect it to the throat and solar plexus areas. 4. Continue to expand the Light up to the forehead and down to the lower abdomen. 5. Brighten the Light; make it sparkling and glimmering with rainbow colors, silver and gold. Expand the Light out and around your body as you continue to expand it up to the crown and down to the base of your spine. 6. Let the Light travel down to your knees and on down to the soles of your feet. 7. Now expand the Light up to a spot about a foot above you head, and on down to a foot below your feet. 8. Gently inhale the energy of the Flame. On the exhale, expand the Flame so it flows down and connects to your Earth Star Chakra in Earth’s Core. Breathe and expand the Flame so it flows up to Source. Once connected, insure the Light is as clear, sparkling, and bright as you can. These steps open your inner Rainbow Arc Pillar of Light connection to Source and would look like a bright sparkling tube or pillar of energy with all the colors of the rainbow, silver and gold running through a bright sparkling pearlescent white. It would run from Earth Core all the way up through the center of your body and out into deep space. The bottom of your Pillar is anchored within your Earth Star Chakra at Earth core to allow stability of the energy within your physical body. The Tower of Power can also be used to anchor different frequencies of Light into the Earth. Daily or weekly, infuse your column of Light with a different color of the rainbow. In addition to anchoring the Light, you will accelerate the clearing of issues related to the misuse of that frequency of Light. Once you have anchored the seven rainbow colors, you can go on to the higher frequencies of Light such as peach, aquamarine, emerald green, magenta, gold, silver, opalescent white, and rainbowed crystal clear Light."
