It’s clear that change isn’t easy. It can lead to rocky roads, broken relationships, myriad of unknowns, and ultimately, a new way of living. However, we don’t have to fear the changes, whether internal, external, or both. What we can do is recognize that change does not have to define our experience or how we respond to it. By following and practicing each of these nine steps, we all have the power to live through the changes, work through our fears and embrace the transitions that create a more positive reality. This could mean changes to our mindsets, surroundings, health, and ultimately, our well being.
