Samantha Malfitano is a holistic psychotherapist, spiritual life coach, psychology educator & mindfulness meditation teacher. She is passionate about her life’s work in uplifting humanity & the journey to becoming a conscious human being. During Samantha’s younger years, her diary was always nearby, ready to receive the outpouring of her heart’s desires. Writing became a positive outlet & the first safe space she utilized to understand herself on a deeper level. This process drove her curiosity of human behavior & lead her to serve in a greater capacity by helping people who are dedicated to their own mind, body & soul expansion. When Samantha began working in the field of psychology, she realized that although people felt safe sitting in a therapy office, it might be the only hour of their week where they could share their innermost thoughts & feelings. She was inspired to create a way for people to take this “safe feeling,” outside of the office & into their world, where they could continue the process independently. As you learn to feel your feelings, writing provides relief to allow more space for deeper healing. "Feel it To Heal it: A safe space for your thoughts" was Inspired by her younger self & dedicated to all her past, present & future students on the path of self-discovery.
