About the Author

Estrella is a bereaved mom, who found her voice after the untimely death of her son in 2013. Since then, she has made it her mission to help families who grieve the loss of a loved one. Estrella is an Ordained Interfaith Minister, Certified Grief Coach, Reiki Master, Certified Therapeutic Arts and Shamanic Life Coach. She is the founder of "From Grief to Hope, Inc". A 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting bereaved families with support and resources to aid in the healing process.

This book is focused on how to move forward after loss by honoring your loved one and forgiving yourself. Estrella Tinch has created a self-help book while sharing her most heartfelt memories of her son. She is blending both her true emotional grit with a loving way to create a new normal for those struggling to move forward after the loss of their loved one. You will find guidance toward creating a safe space to grieve and other answers to the questions that arise during this process. This book is a safe place. You are in good hands.

Wonderful resource for those who are trying to navigate through grief. The author not only shares her own journey but helps the reader to find their own personal path to healing by asking questions and encouraging each of us to think, reflect and listen to our own inner voice. This method allows our hearts to do the emotional processing work as we move through the pain. “Journey from Grief to Hope” certainly is a complete journey towards hope, containing a multitude of information and guidance. This book also helps us to realize that “death is not to be feared, but rather embraced as part of our journey on earth”. Highly recommended!

This is an excellent resource and very, very sensitive, when someone loss a loved one's . It is going to help a lot of people when this tragedy happens or faces to anybody in their lives.
