Why is so hard for me to remember that the Universe cares for me and loves me for who I am? I want to stop feeling lost. How do I start believing in me and loving me and my life as it is? If we choose, how is that process? When do we choose? Why would I choose something that would hurt me and my loved ones so badly? If I choose people and experiences, shouldn’t I remember I did it?

About the Book
An intimate dialog to recognize and nurture the wisdom, inspiration and love within ourselves is the purpose of this conversation with myself. An appreciation of the gift, possibilities, and promise of a new day. A journey within to find our inner resources, power, and source of contentment. An opportunity to evaluate where have we been, how we get there and understand the new person that has emerged from those experiences. A closer look of the person we have become and how much we accept and love the person we are now. An approach to understanding our free will, relationships, the power of choice and the present moment.
About the Author
In this, her first book, the author, inspired by her photography reflects in experiences that forced her to find resources within herself to overcome difficult moments. After identifying the feelings and emotions that had led her to a state of despair, she finds her way out through an uplifting mental dialog, prayer, affirmations, and inspiration. Inspired by her mother, nature, life and her cat, the author creates “talking points” to feed her mind and soul with affirmations that after continued repetition will be finally accepted as facts. A series of setup phrases that the mind can use to nurture the inner self and feel worthy, content, loved, happy, valuable. Images that the mind can use to refresh the soul in days when the load feels too heavy to be watching thoughts. The author opens herself and allows Life to embrace her, which lead her to joyful moments and communion with nature, its beauty, and the Divine. She reminds us this instant is the only moment that counts and that there is no need to wait until tomorrow to start living our best life.
