Many stories written in the Bible are about men. The stories in these pages depict ordinary women doing extraordinary things that were noteworthy. When reaching back, it allows reflection as we move forward and embrace what these women did to change history. By gaining an understanding of these women, how they lived, and what they endured required a great deal of guidance from the Holy Spirit. It is not every day that the lived experience of women is recognized from a female’s perspective. Truthful is a manifest of survival for all women of color. Looking back to the places, memories, hurts, victories, and fears that history has shown us and how these women endured are necessary if we are to move forward positively and embrace who we are purposely and moving consciously and intentionally forward with positive motivation. Women are a critical part of civilization being the gateway to all cultures, and the bearer of all humans. Her presence is essential to society's social, political, and economic well-being. She sustains households and provides essentials such as clothing and food. Throughout the centuries, highly skilled women helped each other during the labor and delivery process. The Prologue gives a snapshot of how empires progressively destroyed the contributions and the positive visibility of whole nations, Prologue will take you through a historical continuum of many wars waged on God's people, and other Afrocentric realms. People sometimes wonder where they come from and knowing who we are is essential to our being and why we are in the world. The Lost Tribes of Israel highlight a group of women who gave birth to twelve distinct tribal nations that were heirs to the promised land, and the challenges these women faced. Eve reminds us that before the fall of humankind, we lived an immortal existence. She taught us to pay attention, even in Paradise. It is because of her disobedience; idolatry has plagued every generation. Sarah, the mother of nations, taught us that salvation and blessings belong to everyone that will accept God's favor. She learned how to trust the voice of God. Her example of personal responsibility, her love, and trust toward her husband, and her incredible self-esteem shines like a light for women to see, even until now. The Ageless Ability helps us to look through Sarah's eyes and how perception can make a world of difference in how we see ourselves. Rahab was used to open the gates to the entrance of the Promised Land. Ruth, a Moabite, was poised to become the foremother in the direct bloodline of Jesus the Messiah. Hannah, a barren woman, gave birth to the last Judge of Israel. Bathsheba, the wife of Uriah the Hittite, married the man that murdered her husband and birthed his child, Solomon the wisest and wealthiest man in history. A young woman named Esther saved her entire nation from destruction and taught women how important it is to be obedient to Godly counsel and to care for our bodies in Hadassah's Secret. The Queen of Sheba shows us that a woman can rule a nation. The Shulamite Woman is a reminder for all women to guard their hearts at all cost and to learn to trust in the Lord during times of loneliness. Deborah is a political powerhouse, a prophetess and warrior that answered to the call of God and exerted extraordinary leadership and power among her people, because she listened to the Voice of God. Her obedience saved God’s people during a time of great oppression and depression that almost destroyed them during the Babylonian rule. In the fullness of time, a Virgin, the Black Madonna, gave birth to the Messiah, the Savior of the world. As a result of the Messiah’s ministry, a large following of people emerged, who called themselves born again. The Female Disciples of Christ give testimony of what happens when we put our trust in Christ, the Way. Miryam of Magdala a street woman saved from death, she became the first person to proclaim that Christ had risen from the dead. Idolatry reminds us through scripture that we are to listen to the Voice of God and be aware of our unrelenting enemies that are without and within because Wisdom is always trying to direct and redirect us in the right path of our lives with her soft voice. These Biblical stories are a reminder of our similarities and how we endure through life’s experiences. These women desired and wanted what most women wish for; love, family life, marriage, keeping our households together, making life-changing decisions that concern our health, understanding the political climate of the day, success, and everything else that comes along with daily living.
