That “this day” has seemed more gay—

Than the first with you

For joy has grown the whole year through.

With the joys we’ve known,

Our love has grown.

Dreams and schemes lovingly sown

Building a palace without malice—

Time plus love; Oh, who can measure—

Joy and tears, pain and pleasure?

Time has brought us ANNIVERSARY.
