About the Author

Jennifer Reumann was born in Austria/Europe in 1996. After graduating from High School, she completed several trainings, such as Touch For Health (the basics of Kinesiology), Food Psychology and the Yoga Teacher Training. She’s passionate about health, spirituality and nature and has been living & loving the vegan lifestyle since August 2015. The time she spent working as an Au Pair in the United States, as well as the trip to Hawaii, have only been two of many very transformative, eye opening experiences in her life so far. She loves to go on barefoot walks through forests and fields, to be physically active and to meditate every morning. Jennifer aspires to contribute to a more conscious, peaceful, healthier, kinder & happier society, so we can create a world in which all beings are safe and free, together. Her passion for writing led her to start her own blog It’s all about Yoga, spirituality, health and the vegan lifestyle and she also shares some delicious recipes with her readers.
