Paramjit Kaur Sehmi is a UK-based Archivist, Curator and Visual Artist. From being introduced to paints and a canvas at a young age, Paramjit displayed a natural gift for making beautiful art. Her family nurtured her love for expressing her true self, whether through figurative painting or sewing clothes. Paramjit completed her BA and MA degrees in History of Art, from the University of Birmingham. She has balanced her academic curiosity with her creativity, forging a path in which she can pursue both professions passionately. Her aim has been to combine these two qualities to bring art and history to a wider audience and help people to deliver their stories. Paramjit continues to work on her own paintings with determined enthusiasm and increasing skill. She never ceases to surprise us with her next piece of creative work.
