About the Author

Annoyingly optimistic. Noelle's intense eye contact can make people uncomfortable. She values deep conversation and has no tolerance for small talk. Love talking about social behaviours and is learning to be sexy in her mid 40’s Entrepreneur, spiritual teacher, nature lover, loftily bestows the title of philosopher, visionary, mother and adventurer of the inner soul. Noelle’s spiritual transformation took hold in her early 20s. She became enchanted with the works of Deepak Chopra and the likes. As she entered adulthood, social grace became a priority and an area that needed some work. Watching herself fumble through life, she opted to step deep into her self work and became fascinated with Western psychology and Eastern philosophy. Noelle is driven by the belief that we are in a social/spiritual/planetary revolution, and that in order to create change in the world we are required to dive into our own evolution. She believes we must do our inner work to be wise in the world. Noelle has grown a life rich in experiences leading river and mountain expeditions between the Yukon and the Mexico border, working high-end trips in Europe and Canada, and building her own mini wellness empire in Canada. Although she never imagined herself to be a writer (she barely passed English classes), she started her Mindful Monday blog in 2017. She continues to develop her art of creating inner connection through words.
