This book is an absolute find - it speaks to the core of my being! Rose's Dedications to Self encourages self-care and self-love through positive affirmations and mindfulness practice. We can change our lives and bodies by adjusting our inner thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs. Passages in her book are somewhat like a loving mother filled with unconditional love - gently encouraging, positively affirming and soothing one's tired and weary soul. If you're needing healing within yourself, or feeling down about yourself or facing some challenges and trouble coming to terms with a loss or understanding of it; I believe this book can help start the healing process. It has helped me through some challenges of my own. It's all in the way this author uses her words and expresses them in this book that touches your soul. This book is worth well worth having in my opinion, to help with coping or if you seek/need motivational words to push pass the toxicity.
