Be Alive will inspire and invigorate you to learn to let go and seize each living moment and live it to the fullest. You can use this book in a number of ways, either by reading it cover to cover or you can just use it to draw inspiration in times when you need empowerment or you are just feeling flat. Louise is a Spiritual Educator and Complementary Therapist who embraces change, awakening and freedom from struggle and pain. She has over 30 years experience as a Naturopath, Master Herbalist, Holistic Nutritionist, Counsellor, Teacher and Spiritual Healer treating primarily women in Australia and overseas. She has been teaching a wide array of Health and Wellbeing subjects for over 30 years and is a passionate, motivated and illuminated speaker who shares her message of awakened action. She has a following of clients and students who have experienced a wide range of life transformations aimed to unite great health, relationships and families. She is CEO of Vitae Amor Seminars running seminars about physical, mental and emotional detoxification, as well as running a practice and managing a herb wholesale business.
