This book is composed of 3 parts: 1. Mental Optimization: Before focusing on business, we need to do some housekeeping on interpersonal components to ensure you are operating at your highest potential. In this section, you will learn tools designed to ensure that the neuroplasticity in your bran is expanding. Being able to utilize more brainpower means you will be limitless in what you want to accomplish. Passion and Purpose Alignment: After working to strengthen your brain’s power and develop mental optimization, you will then align your passions with purpose. Career Discovery: After you have aligned your passions with purpose, its time to bring your journey full circle and monetize your talent. This section is designed to equip you with a millionaire’s mindset. In this section, you will learn to: • Career Map • Develop Self-Mastery • Follow your Inner Guidance System • Develop a Millionaire’s Mindset • Manifest what you want • Bring your Career Discovery journey full circle Understand that this book is designed to challenge you and it will ask much of you. It will ask you to open space in your schedule to once and for all prioritize yourself. It will ask you to put yourself at the top of your “to do list”. It will guide you through a “real life interpersonal scavenger hunt” forcing you to decide to either continue on the same unfulfilling path that you are on, or to finally embrace that nudging pull that you feel at the core of who you are where all of your hopes, desires and dreams reside. My hope is that you will choose the latter option. The way this book works is simple. You will complete various daily activities that are all designed to pull out the best of who you are. All activities that are suggested are backed by scientific case studies, context, and information to ground your knowledge of understanding and build your comfort level. The time commitment is something to highlight here. Once you decide that you want to break free from robotic routines and start to live life on your own terms, you will commit to one to two hours a day to invest in yourself… well, investing in your future self, I should say. Furthermore, know that this guide is designed as a self-paced journey. You will complete “APPLICATION processes” after each section of this guide. Be encouraged to take your time with completing the application processes, as this is how you dig into your interpersonal treasure. The processes are designed to unlock your inner guidance system. Think of it similarly to doing a scavenger hunt, only the treasure is hidden deep within you and unlocking your inner treasure is what this journey is all about.
