About the Author
From being a physically fit and active ex-professional dancer and instructor, Penny’s life took a dive after being involved in three car accidents over one year, leaving her depressed, and in constant pain. The doctors and specialists told her there was no more they could do. Undeterred, Penny used her 25 years of experience as a qualified Healing Shiatsu Therapist, Exercise Instructor, and Massage Therapist, to find out what could help get her life back, and discovered how the Meridian Movements did just that.
