Hello I Am is a collection of work written from the point of view of emotion, body, and spiritual ideas. What might our organs, emotions and life processes share if we listened to their voice?
About the Author
Sharyn Minnick is a student of the Universe. She believes that the pain in our bodies and the chaos we are witnessing in our world are tools for healing. She can’t sing, dance or draw but she can laugh. What she can’t create with a paintbrush she attempts to do with words. She believes that every human body is a tool for the soul and that we are here to wake up the spirit inside of us all.
