The book written by Esther Dar called 'What would love say' I found to be wonderfully unique. Giving 'love' a voice and having 'Love' speak is both original, and very soothing. It gives comfort to those who read it that life can be kind and caring. And that we are all loved unconditionally. Being a therapist for the last 40 years, I see this as the most important message we all need to hear and know in life. Reading this book with these words, I see as building confidence, that we can truly be ourselves, accepted for our uniqueness, and still loved when we make mistakes. This book by Esther Dar, expresses what parents feel and what they want their children to know in an eloquently elaborated way. The illustrations by Gary Wein are beautiful and creatively expressive. They give a message of kindness, love, and total self acceptance with playfulness and fun. The positive healing inspirational message of this book is a vital message both for adults and children alike.
