Teresa has had hearing loss, since birth. She understands the challenges professionally as a former emergency room nurse manager and critical care nurse. Teresa is a graduate of UCSD with a BA in Communications and a graduate of Reynolds Community College with an associate in nursing. She is a Board Member of the San Diego Chapter for International Association for Women, American Nursing Association Member, Carlsbad Business Chamber Member, HLLA Member, and a contributor to HR.com.
