The Mythical Journey of the Dragon Sisters

The planet had changed immensely – unrecognizably so. Mother let her baby Dragons lay sleeping peacefully and the Fair Folk stayed retreated underground only coming up to tend to nature’s cycle of life. Father Sky and Mother Earth felt the need to add a new group of creatures, so they created the dinosaurs that were much smaller than the Dragon children. These creatures ate either vegetation or flesh from another. They didn’t have the same playful spirit as the Dragons either. Along with the dinosaurs were the giant people who often tried to capture and eat the Fair Folk. However, they were never able to catch them because of the Fair Folk’s ability to perform magick and disappear at the perfect time. The brains of the dinosaurs and giants were extremely small, and they used only their instinct to survive. They did not have a conscience, nor did they possess discernment. They did not understand nature at all but lived for a million years until Father summoned another Ice Age and most all of these creatures became extinct following this event. On the other hand, the Fair Folk were able to read nature like a book, so they always survived any predicament. This Ice Age lasted for a million or so years until the great thaw but as a reminder of this event the two poles stayed frozen and they were called the Arctic and Antarctic. Occasionally, a frozen dinosaur will pop up in the ice. However, when the skeleton of any thirty-foot giants are found, it becomes a big secret…
