About the Book

This is a story of a six-year-old boy Malik Henry Donald Maly. Still grieving the recent loss of his mother, he faces new experiences away from home. And for the first time in his young life, he has to adapt to new environments. As many children are fearful of the unknown, we try to help them push through their fear whether or not those fears are real or imagined. Dan Maly is the main character of the stories that comprise the children’s books entitled The 10,000 Adventures of Minnesota Dan Series. In this book, Malik, who is the son of Tim Maly, is Dan’s older brother. Although he never had the opportunity to meet his Uncle Dan, Malik shares his big adventure story with you as a part of the continuation of the series of children’s books.

About the Author

Born in New York City, Hank’s career spans over forty years as a teacher, university administrator, and consultant. He currently leads executive-level searches at Maly Executive Search, in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Hank and his wife, Dr. Maggie Cabral-Maly, live in Florida and have five grown children and six grandchildren.
