About the Author

Deborah Courtney is the mother of three young boys and believes that it is every parent’s responsibility to instill the idea into the children that they can be, do and have anything they want in life. Children should be encouraged to dream and think big and understand that their only limitations are the ones they put on themselves.

Deborah loves reading to her boys, especially at bedtime and wants to be able to read books that provide a good grounding to start their journey into positive self-development right from the beginning when they are still setting the foundations of their beliefs. She knows what they learn now can have a massive impact on how they think and their decision making process as they grow up. She just wants them, and in fact all children, to have the confidence and self-belief that many people don’t develop from the start, if at all.

Deborah currently lives with her husband and three boys in the remote town of Broome situated in the picturesque region of the Kimberley in Western Australia.
