Celebration of Self
Dr Judy Gail Kirk
Piled up, lists to tick
Give them all a flick
Sit quiet and still
Life’s one big treadmill
If that’s your choice
No need to make a noise
Carry on running bud
‘Cos I’m off and still!
I have been blessed with unbelievably loving grandparents, mother, brother and sister. We have travelled many roads, together and alone, I am eternally grateful for “having chosen” them as my family links here on Earth. I am grateful to my father for having met my mother, as their union produced me!
The power of combined love, I believe, can never be overestimated for which I am grateful. It was by harnessing this and turning it inward that I was honoured to become aware of how amazing our souls are.
I so believe that if we, as humans, honoured and took responsibility for the state of our lives, collectively, we would cause a loving revolution!
As stated by the Dalai Lama
May I become at all times, both now and forever
A protector for those without protection
A guide for those who have lost their way
A ship for those with oceans to cross
Have you wondered about atoms?
Yip weird, if you think
So don’t, lift the stink
Laugh, live and simplify
Power of stillness
Lies in those atoms very vibration
No need for hills to equal stillness
It’s that power deep within that regulates all!!!
So, as we reflect on our lives thus far, what a joy it is to see how things have happened because that’s how it was meant to be and how powerful we are to manifest what we want...
My question to you today is, “are you afraid of your Divine greatness, your unique power of self?” If so, be gentle with yourself, slowly combat those fears knowing that we write the script for our lives and surely only the best is good enough!
