About the Author
Sandra Powell is a native of Camilla, Georgia. She graduated from Albany State University with a Bachelor’s degree in business education. Sandra has two children, Gabriel and Victoria. She grew up in the south and decided after college to remain there to be near her family. Sandra’s plans are to continue writing and delve into other areas such as inspirational writing and focus on women, especially the black woman and her plight. Sandra’s faith and work experience has lead her on a quest to focus on helping women work through personal issues that sometimes lead to despondency and helplessness. Sandra’s faith in God has allowed her to travel down a path that very few find because there is always a tendency for man to follow his own will and find his own way in life but that was never the intent of God for his creation. Sandra believes that mankind was created by God and for God. We all have a unique role to play on earth which includes much more than family, and friends, we are our brother’s keeper.
