About the Author
Désiree Damsté has studied psychology, Chinese medicine, and is a certified dietician. She previously worked as a therapist and taught at a small private university where, next to classes in scientific thinking and Chinese medicine and culture subjects, she gave classes in meditation and movement (qigong).
Désiree is currently living in the Netherlands with her husband and utilizing her fields of expertise in combination with modern science as a life coach, helping others toward healthier, happier lives with her new, innovative method.
