About the Book

This is a fun and beautiful book for all ages. It can help you and your child learn how to say positive affirmations about yourselves daily; this will help you to start believing in yourselves. When we teach our children how to think positive things like “I am awesome” or “I am beautiful” on a daily basis, they will start believing that they are what they say, and they will take that with them into their futures.

About the Author

Una started creating Kids News, a YouTube program on the Anita & Sara channel, in 2014. With her certificate in media and interior design, she was able to produce Kids News by herself and with help from the stars of the program, her daughters, Anita and Sara.

Kids News became her inspiration to make the book Be Happy and Strong by teaching her daughters to think positively and use positive affirmations. She witnessed how it helped her daughters gain the confidence and strength to express themselves. That is what she likes to share with other parents and children.

In 2010 she moved with her husband and three daughters from Iceland to Australia in search of new adventures. Now she lives in Western Australia, where she fell in love with the warm summer, blue skies all year around, and of course the lovely people who live there.
