About the Author

Linda Boling, M.S., M.Ed., CPLC, CPCC, OMC is a certified professional Life and Career coach, ordained ministerial counselor, intuitive practitioner and energy healer. She has been interested in mind-body-spirit studies since she was young. After she got a stress-related illness in 2000, she began learning about stress. Being a “Type A” personality, she has an intimate relationship with stress and continues to look for new ways to reduce her stress and help others to do the same.
Linda is a certified stress management practitioner and has a master’s degree in natural health. She also has a master’s degree in education, is a certified personal trainer, and has certificates in energy healing and meditation.
