Bandaid Betty was walking down the street to go to the shops when it started to sprinkle. Not bothered much by the rain she kept walking and humming to herself when she heard a scream. ”Oh dear”, she said
Mrs Daisy had fallen over into the gutter. She slipped on the kerb and dropped all of her shopping in the gutter. There it went floating away. Her bananas, apples, oranges, and even the toilet paper. Off it went down the street towards the shops.
I went over to help Mrs Daisy but the poor thing was sitting on the grass crying. She had scratched her knee and it was bleeding as well as being very painful.

About the Book
Band-Aid Betty’s daily activities always include doing first aid on her friends wherever she goes. She wants all of her little friends to be brave and happy enough to help their friends and neighbors when they get hurt. She makes first aid easy, fun, and memorable to learn and apply in the right first-aid situation.

Her areas of work have included secretary, florist, opera singer, construction worker, school and language teacher, volunteer worker, postal worker, paramedic, first-aid trainer, and carer.
