About the Book

These narratives are based on the author’s personal experiences or as friends have related them, as well as fictional stories from the author’s imagination. Each tale is unique, unrelated to other stories, intended to entertain, and some perhaps to educate. And so it is no surprise that controversy could follow.

About the Author

Dr. Estes was born in 1931. He practiced ophthalmology in Tuscon from 1965 to 1982, and then reviewed disability claims for Social Security from 1987 for almost twenty years. A widower for over ten years, he continues to live in Tuscon. He enjoys writing fiction stories rather than watching daytime television.
