For Stine meditation and changing the relationship to her mind has been an invaluable tool in transforming her life into experiencing more peace and freedom. Meditation has shown her the power of staying as awareness, focusing on praise and acceptance and being conscious of what she is focusing on has transformed her life in undreamed of ways, both internally and externally.
She has been a meditation and yoga teacher since 2006. After searching in different spiritual directions for several years, she finally found a teaching that resonated with her heart, and in 2006 she attended a 6-month meditation course in Canada, after having been introduced to the wonderful ascension techniques. This allowed her to dive deep into Silence and since then she have loved her daily practice of meditation and she loves sharing this.
She has also been studying homeopathy, natural healing methods and yoga, and in her experience healing can some times take place only in changing the inner state of mind. In this way we become conscious of and can let go of negative beliefs, and let love and the silence embrace us again.
Through these years she has experienced what truly transforms her inner state of being and also seeing through teaching meditation and yoga how this can transform peoples lives.
She loves sharing a way of finding true, lasting peace and for her it starts within.
