If it is your desire to receive divine telegrams, quit blocking them. Simplify your life. Don't rush headlong through your day. Eliminate some of the noise in your environment, to whatever degree is possible. Substitute ambient sounds: quiet music, wind chimes, the sound of water, harps, whatever is pleasing to you. As ancient civilizations discovered, we thrive when near a river or lake, a gurgling fountain, a forest path, a serene park, natural smells that delight, tinkling music, birds and wildlife, a nursing baby, a sleeping child, a cup of hot tea, a chance to think, to pray, to meditate. For most of us, eliminating electronics is unfeasible and undesirable, but we can make efforts to dramatically reduce its place of importance in our lives.

About the Author
Renee Ramsey Whitaker lives in North Carolina and has been an educator and counselor for thirty-three years. She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from Wake Forest University and, for three years, she worked as a PRN therapist at a behavioral health hospital. Those years crystallized her thinking about how many people drag their unhealthy baggage behind them throughout life, while others put down the load and move on toward success. She believes that the difference between someone who is happy and healthy and someone who is not is related, or even dictated by his or her thought process. She became interested in studying the emotional guidance system which led her on a spiritual voyage. That ten-year voyage resulted in Divine Telegram, a book intended to restore faith in your source, yourself, the universe, and never-ending life.
