About the Book

Sandra Dawes shares her story of how her father’s death impacted her life and started her journey of self-discovery and self-awareness. The loss of her father magnified all of the areas of her life that she had neglected. After years of self-pity, anger, and resentment, Sandra grew tired of living a mediocre life and began the work to make changes. The lessons learned as well as tips and tools to help the reader with his or her own challenges are the basis of each chapter. Regardless of what has happened in the past, it is always possible to embrace your destiny and live the life you deserve!


About the Author

Sandra Dawes is a speaker, author, and certified life coach specializing in helping women who feel unfulfilled with their jobs to follow their dreams and pursue their passions. She holds an Honours BA and an MBA, as well as a certificate in dispute resolution. After the passing of her father and circumstances that followed, she suffered from bouts of depression and sought the help of psychotherapists. Unwilling to seek pharmaceutical assistance to deal with her chronic unhappiness, she was lead on a journey of self-awareness and forgiveness that changed her life in deep and meaningful ways.

Through meditation, affirmations, yoga, and mirror work, she has learned to achieve balance and awareness, which have helped her to discover her desire and passion to help others to do the same. A student of A Course in Miracles, she works with clients to help them rediscover their connection with the source of all creation and the power it provides all of us in the pursuit of making dreams a reality.
