About the Author
Karolina Dolecka has obtained a certification on a level 1 and 2 in natural healing and theta healing DNA2, a BA in psychology, a BS in natural health, and a holistic nutrition certificate. She has focused her studies on a lifelong love of holistic nutrition and spiritual life. Originally from Poland, she moved to the USA in 2001. Her four children inspire her to write about topics connected to spiritual life and conscious living in today’s world. Karolina lives with her four children and husband in the Chicago suburbs. She loves country living and a natural lifestyle.
