Chapter 4: We are more than a physical body! So often in our culture we adopt our outward appearance as our identity. We forget that we are really spiritual beings; spiritual beings that temporarily inhabit a physical body in order to have a human learning experience. If we use only our physical senses, we can see, hear, touch and feel our bodies. But, if we use our non-physical senses, we can discover much more!
Chapter 5: At times things seem to be very complex or difficult in our Earthly lives. In reality, our issues usually stem from something very simple - a fear, a judgment, a repeated pattern, etc. We need to compassionately catch ourselves as we fall into a negative thought process and resist the temptation to cover up our difficulties with busy work or self created drama or alcohol or food or drugs. Allow yourself to feel and experience that loss of balance; it is there to teach you. Forgive yourself, release and clean your energy fields using your maintenance tools, breathe, and discover what is causing your loss of balance at its deepest roots.
Chapter 8: Always remember the power of one; your individual vibration, energy, attitude or thought combines with those of others. This combination can be incredibly powerful, but it can’t begin without you!
