This is a book of channeled Material that I received while I was in trance. These messages were given over a year's worth of time, and they continue to this day. The many words of wisdom are just that, given in love by the spirit entities that gave them. There is more than one spirit, I work with a council of nine which has been with me for some 20 odd years, there are also others who come through from time to time because of important messages that they need to convey. They have been with me all this time even though for a great many of those years I have totally ignored them. It has just been within the last few years that I have opened myself enough to allow them to channel through; and boy have they been channeling. My main guide goes by the name Shen- Ra , though I have channeled many others which you will see in this book. It is the guides who have asked me to put down their words onto paper.
I have never attempted to write any form of a book before this, so it is with much faith in their words and guidance that I embark on this journey. I can say that they have assured me that all will be well.
I call these entities guides because they have been with me for all these years and more importantly because they bring us such wonderful wisdom. If we follow what they are telling us we will find a remarkable change in our lives, the way that we view all things , and most importantly the way we view ourselves.
I work with my beloved partner in life, my beautiful Sharon, she is what the spirits have called the scribe. She very diligently takes down everything that is said and she types it onto the computer word for word. You will find that she asks many of the questions throughout the book.
There is a lot of personal information that is given during the sittings which we take out, that is unless it is something that will help everyone, then we have left it , though it may be edited.
There will be some ah ha moments, there will be times you the reader will have no idea what they are talking about. At these times the entities ask that you go deep within yourselves and ask the questions that bother you.
But you will most definitely learn from these teaching, for they are given to you with a love that is incomprehensible for most, if not all of us at this time.
The first message that came through was 4/17/11. The spirit entities who came through were of an ET consciousness, they are of Pleiadian origin. I know this truly sounds farfetched but please continue on reading and give them a chance, for I can guarantee that the words given are of great wisdom and importance. It is of no matter where they come from, if you follow the wisdom, the intent is nothing but total love. Here is what they said:

4-17-2011 8pm Heidi’s channeling:

These are just beginning sessions. These are not of the one who will be here. You and Sharon will be conduits of the energy that needs to flow.

We are of the Pleiadian realms. We will be evoking energy with Heidi to make sure all of these energies flow more easily. As we do this the energies will build and it will be at a faster more fluid pace.

We will also work with Heidi to be able to tune out outside energies; because they are distraction to her. We must note that flowing energies are needed for this communication to happen.

We are here now on this earth to help with the upcoming changes that are in process now. We are here to bring a higher vibrational energy to the earth plane to bring to the humans. The energies are a light energy, and that of pure love, in essence what you would call God energy. Your prayers are being answered. The strife, turmoil and negativities can and will change. They cannot do anything else, for the pure love of this energy is coming.

Many will not understand it and will choose to leave the planet at this time. There are what you perceive as many horrendous happenings over the earth at this time . That is why many will choose to leave as they will not understand the energies coming in. In essence they will be too strong for them. So they choose to leave.

Heidi will be receiving higher energies in the future. Right now she is not equipped for those energies. We are working on it. We may end the session for today.

As you can see the energies of these vibrations are new and I have to learn how to simulate the energies that have been brought in. They are of a truly high vibrational rate and I must learn to work with them. We have to meet half way and when we do this, we are able to bring forth the channel. . You will find that during some of the channels I have a difficult time maintaining the link between spirit and myself , this is because I am having a hard time maintaining the vibrational rate that is needed for this communication to be brought forth. The connection can be broken due to many outside things such as , our beloved dogs barking , the telephone ringing etc. . It sometimes is very easy for me to reconnect, but other times I cannot. So with this said we will continue on with the words from spirit.
