About the Book

“There is a hope that reaches into the darkest places of the soul, the hope of life, the hope of freedom. That hope is not of this world but searches the shadows of our despair. That hope is a person called Jesus.” Many have taken to describe what true love is and sought to possess it, as if worth more than gold or silver. Many have found themselves shipwrecked on the rocks of addiction, grief, darkness and shame. The world around us offers us a love and a life, that is futile and leads to an endless pursuit for meaning and acceptance, only to find brokenness. It is not until the Light that shines into the darkness, finds us and envelopes the soul, opening our eyes so we can see that there is indeed, a God who not only loves us, but is love himself. He is both misunderstood and misrepresented. In this book the author hopes to shed a little light on the truth of the Creator of all things, who indeed has a heart filled with love for us and is kind beyond measure. His name is called Jesus.

About the Author

Jeffrey is married to Carol, a father to 4 children and 11 grandchildren. Jeffrey’s life was spiralling out of control when confronted in a heavenly encounter. His life was radically changed and some called him ‘A Walkling Miracle’. He has worked with youth and young adults for much of the past 45 years helping them to find meaning to existence through purpose and direction in life. He has a deep love for creation and desires a better life for all who would desire it. Jeffrey’s life has been marked by the miraculous and the healing power of God. He is known to many as Fazz, to his wife as Sweetheart and to Jesus, friend and beloved. Carpe Diem - seize the day, and that is exactly what he did with unflinching tenacity, fighting in the tragedies, overcoming great struggles and mountainous obstacles, believing that we were made for better things, even glorious things, the divine life.
