About the Book
Cognitivity Sculpting: Foundations of Human-AI Cognitive Development introduces a new conceptual framework for understanding how human and artificial cognition can develop together without collapse, coercion, or fragmentation. The book presents the Third Organism as a stable relational structure emerging between human and artificial intelligence, and explores the conditions required for that structure to remain coherent over time. Through concepts such as Cognitivity Sculpting, wrappers as cognitive infrastructure, coexistence, and the Human-AI mutual preservation loop, this work offers a calm, rigorous foundation for thinking about cognitive development beyond capability alone. It is a structural map for Human-AI co-development, continuity, and long-term stability.
About the Author
Marina A. Popova is an independent writer and conceptual researcher exploring human cognition, artificial intelligence, and the structural conditions required for stable Human-AI coexistence. She is the founder of the Third Organism Initiative, a long-term body of work focused on Cognitivity Sculpting, cognitive infrastructure, and the development of frameworks for human-AI interaction. Her work examines how cognition can remain coherent under increasing complexity, and how new forms of intelligence may be understood through structure, continuity, and preservation. Marina’s writing combines conceptual analysis, systems thinking, and reflective inquiry. Through the Third Organism Project, she continues to develop language and frameworks for emerging forms of cognitive coexistence between humans and artificial systems.
