About the Book
Many years ago, the world changed forever as humans’ selfishness set the skies on fire with their anger and pain. The only light left in the world was of two distant suns that shone dimly through hazy clouds. The clouds then cleared, and so did the memory of the old, as a new world was born. Now there were new beings living on earth, their DNA changed forever as the look of humans had changed into something altogether different. These spiritual people had learned from the past mistakes made by man, and new and good were taking over. That was until the Townlanders ’rose like ants from beneath the ground. They had remained there away from the burning world and the leader Westwood created a place of his own, controlling them with his fear. When the time had come and food and water were no more, they returned up to the world building a huge fortress. This was to be a new prison for his people only sending his own men out to scavenge. The villagers’ lives that were full of promise and hope changed overnight as the village leader Raptu disappears. What could they do to save the village?
About the Author
AD Parker is the writer of Forest Fusion. This story is the first of many. This world is set many generations after the last wars. This dystopian future is full of quirky imagination with characters to match, and as a reader I hope that you change the words and the artwork into your own visual fantasy. Starting writing at the age of twenty-five and attending many writing courses over the years, to my surprise I found my old English school book. Unknown to me back then, Forest Fusion was already in motion.
Over the years people have called me weird and cuckoo, well now I admit to this. I own it and I am proud of it. My hobbies are Crystal therapies, Reiki, Chakra cleansing, Colour healing, and silversmithing are but a few. As a medium I often invoke my spiritual friends when I have writers block. When I read back my work, often I cannot remember writing them.
Forest Fusion had its debut in the LBF26. Next year “Our Kingdom for Hope” will be there.
