Your imagination has a powerful purpose. Your responsibility is to empower and encourage them to carry their own responsibilities. When taking responsibility for something you should be open and honest about your actions and feelings and not feel you are unable to tell someone something in case they feel jealous, hurt, angry or resentful. That is for their spiritual development.
