About the Book

The Light Inside is not just a book—it’s a journey through the dark night of the soul and back into alignment with your highest truth. Rooted in emotional honesty and spiritual awakening, this book weaves personal narrative with the transformational framework of Dr. David Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness, showing how we move—sometimes slowly, sometimes through fire—from states of shame, grief, and fear toward courage, love, and ultimately, peace. Written in the aftermath of deep personal loss and burnout, The Light Inside doesn’t offer clichés or easy answers. It offers truth. The kind you whisper when no one else is listening. The kind that breaks something open—and makes room for healing. Each chapter mirrors a stage of consciousness, illuminating how the energy we live in shapes everything: our choices, our pain, our patterns, and our potential. Through unfiltered storytelling and spiritual insight, you’ll see how the lowest emotional states are not permanent prisons—but invitations to rise. This book is for anyone who feels lost, exhausted, or unseen. It’s for the person standing on the edge, searching for a reason to stay. It’s a mirror for your pain—and a path back to your power. If you’ve ever wondered whether you could rebuild your life from rock bottom, let The Light Inside remind you: you’re not just meant to survive—you’re meant to rise, vibrate higher, and remember who you are. This is not the end. This is the return.

About the Author

Gregory Passos was born in Athens, Greece in 1983 and adopted into a Greek-Australian family, arriving in Sydney at the age of four. From the beginning, identity was a question mark—life was a collision of worlds, cultures, and wounds. Raised in the southern suburbs, he attended Bexley Public School and Marist College Kogarah, where bullying and misunderstanding followed him like shadows. By Year 11, overwhelmed by pain and silence, Gregory was expelled—not because he lacked intelligence, but because his spirit was being crushed beneath the weight of unseen trauma. As an only child, he searched for brotherhood in all the wrong places—led by longing, not rebellion. At 21, the devastating loss of his closest friend to suicide cracked open his world. It marked the beginning of a 15-year descent into confusion, disconnection, and inner collapse. But pain, when met with purpose, becomes transformation. And Gregory began to rise. At 32, the birth of his son became a new turning point—and with it, a vow: I will not let this pain go to waste. Through the teachings of Dr. David R. Hawkins, Dr. Wayne Dyer, and other spiritual mentors, Gregory began to heal. He found language for the storm. He found light. He found himself. Today, Gregory is not just a survivor—he’s a guide. A man who has walked through hell and emerged with his heart intact. People once called him “the guy with issues.” But he now calls himself what he always was: a lightworker. A truth-teller. A soul devoted to love, kindness, and integrity. His work, his words, and his story are living proof that no matter how far you fall, the light inside you never goes out—it only waits for you to return.
