About the Author

About the Author: Placement - Interior Victoria Celestin is the owner and principal education consultant of Full Spectra, LLC and is a nationally recognized higher education relationship manager and cultural competency expert. She has provided over two decades of mission-driven guidance in the areas of secondary, post-secondary, and adult academic advising, as well as college access, career readiness, and career pathway support. She is a leader in record-breaking college enrollment, retention and post-graduation placement. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from the University of Delaware and a Project Management Professional Certification. A lover of mathematics, she taught five years at the secondary level. Well-rounded in the humanities, arts, social sciences and science, she taught as adjunct faculty at Utah State University. Victoria is also an Air Force veteran and a credible thought leader within the education, government, defense and non-profit sectors. She enables leaders to clarify their values and make courageous moves toward their goals, while enhancing their own development. She uplifts by helping others communicate new ideas and alternate ways of doing things. Victoria is the bridge-builder and, when needed, the bridge to desired outcomes.
