About the Author
Mitchell Harris may not have a PhD in medicine or psychology — but he holds a doctorate in life experience. Raised in Montreal, a city where culture clashes with cold weather and passion runs as deep as the snowbanks, he learned early how to stay sharp, adaptable, and unshakable. As an entrepreneur, he built and ran successful businesses from the ground up. For over a decade, he was immersed in the world of professional combat sports, managing elite Mixed Martial Arts athletes competing in the most prestigious organizations across North America and beyond. Before that, he cut his teeth in the film industry — developing thick skin in a world driven by rejection, pressure, and unpredictability. He’s traveled the globe, read a library’s worth of books, and fought his own mental battles — from physical illness to emotional adversity — all of which shaped a mindset rooted in honesty, accountability, discipline, and no-nonsense truth. Along the way, he noticed something missing in the mental health conversation: structure. So, he built one. A clear, practical, battle-tested approach to mental strength — designed to cut through the noise and actually work in the real world. Now, he’s sharing that experience with you. No fluff. No sugarcoating. Just straight, actionable insight to help you sharpen your mind and take control of your life. His mission? To help you break free from mediocrity and step fully into the mindset of the 1%.
