Earth and humanity are at the preface of ascension. Ascension is a movement and change in our bodies. Our current bodies are heavy and dense, operating in a lower vibrational energy. We have existed in these bodies for thousands of lifetimes. In the next few decades, the vibrational energy around us and within us is projected to become less dense and lighter, reflecting changes in the environment. Our heaviness is dissolving, and the lower vibrational energies are holding on tight, leaving our physical bodies to feel worse rather than better. Our heaviness holds us in a lower vibrational state, where we sometimes feel like we are living lives that do not resonate. We are in a state of familiarity that is difficult for us to let go of. It is difficult to let go of these heavy parts of us. This is a time of reflection of who we are, where we are being shown our imbalances and the parts of us that hold us in a state of feeling stuck. It is time to release them. We can release these through various modalities available to us. The reason we are feeling stuck or imbalanced is because our higher selves let us know that it is time for us to rediscover who we truly are. As we release the heaviness we carry within, like stress, trauma, and karma. Dense energy may make us feel a state of emptiness or physical, mental, and emotional stress. This is our bodies preparing for change. Clearing this heaviness through healing allows our lighter body state to have access to different, lighter frequencies. Life will be different. We are in a time of transition, and we all feel it. This is the beginning of our journey towards ascending into a higher vibrational being. We discover who we truly are and why we are here through our lighter bodies. We learn to nourish ourselves as we pass through our healing. This journey is closely tied to the frequencies and vibrations discussed further in Book 2. It highlights their importance in our lives. As we draw closer to understanding, more children will be born into a world with lighter energy, and they will remember who they are and why they are here. Forgetting who we are represents the lost memory of our souls’ journeys and the memory of how we fit into our unique, complete stories. You will understand this more as you read on. For now, understand that we have reincarnated on earth many times. Understand that our memories were wiped before each time we returned to reincarnate on Earth. It seems that we are seduced into coming back and living out our experiences repeatedly. This is carried out through the process of induced amnesia. Is this weird or is it just very, very clever. Keep an open mind as there is more.

About the Author
Theresia Thomson is a first time author and has been called to write this book for humanity to understand where we all fit in this amazing world. For those who want to know more; Book Two, takes the reader beyond society’s future expectations. Book 2 is on its way. I look at the history of sovereignty and how it has defined our societies to a point that we as the people have lost control of who we are and what is our truth. Change is happening and inevitable and we either join the momentum or we miss out. Being open to change with discernment has been integral in my life. I had to develop coherency. Be it from within my own consciousness, experience, current research, or information that intuitively came my way, my gut took me outside of the limited perspective our world provides. This eliminated the disharmony I experienced with conflicting concepts. I learnt very quickly to trust my intuition and the strength of this grew inside me. I am a big picture person and cannot help but seek the full spectrum of everything. It is through writing this book that I was drawn to the ‘whole’. I could look down on the earth and understand it all. It is through this that I know the scope of this book’s influence will have on people, and the world, just as it has had on me through writing it. It allowed me to view with ease, my life, the world and beyond from a birds-eye perspective.
