About the Book

“The Inner Guide shares higher order cognitive skills. That phrase may sound academic, but the idea is simple: these tools help us do more than react, they help us notice what is happening, question the first story the mind tells us, regulate strong emotions…” (Pg. 9).

About the Author

William is a lifelong learner, NLP-certified Global Coach and Consultant, Robbins-Madanes-trained in Strategic Intervention, and a student of A Course in Miracles. For more than fifty years, he has applied these trainings in practical, psychologically grounded ways relevant to everyday life. As the founder of ACIM Global Coach, William helps students, seekers, facilitators, and lifelong learners move from inspiration into lived transformation. His work focuses on mental discipline, training, reframing, perception, emotional maturity, inner practice, and life skills needed to live with greater peace, clarity, wisdom, joy, and love. Before developing his writing, teaching, and coaching work, William spent decades as a union electrician with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union 683, in Columbus, Ohio. His years in the electrical trade took him to diverse job sites, communities, cultures, climates, and personalities. That experience gave him a practical understanding of tools, structure, foundations, cooperation, correction, patience, safety, and the wisdom required to build something that lasts. Those lessons now shape much of his teaching. William often draws from construction, communication, relationships, family life, leadership, and practical psychology to help people understand that building a life and building a structure require many of the same principles: a sound foundation, the right tools, clear plans, honest correction, skilled cooperation, and steady practice. William is also a grandfather, community leader, retired tradesman, facilitator, and lifelong learner. He has served in union retiree leadership and still values brotherhood, service, practical wisdom, humor, and the power of people learning together. The Inner Toolbox reflects his lifetime of studying, working, teaching, questioning, correcting, and practicing. It offers a practical guide for anyone who wants to live with more awareness, respond with more wisdom, deepen what is already good, heal what is ready to be healed, and build a life of greater peace, clarity, joy, and love.
